		<description>I made this for my friend Ryan on Monday.  It was delicious.  I used pre-shredded parmesean (sorry, it&#039;s what I had in the house).  I also added a little garlic, which helped give it a little more flavor.  Oh, and the flavor might have been helped by the fact that I cooked A LOT more bacon.  I didn&#039;t crumble any additional in, but those veggies were in pork fat heaven.  So were Ryan and I.</description>
