My bff from way back in jr. high made this fantastic video for a nutrition class she’s in. The video is on health at every size, and it’s the most beautiful, adorable, and affirming thing I’ve ever seen. And plus there’s like 50 pictures of me snarfing down food in it, which is great. Go check it out.

Also Neil, there is a picture of you eating a lobster. I couldn’t resist.

    That was adorable. I’m proud to have my lobster devouring prowess as a small part of it. I took that lobster down.
