Today's featured image is from the archives, so to speak. I took this in summer, a year and some months ago, although it looked a lot like this today. It was bright and clear, but one of those clear days where it's also bitter cold. To be fair, it was only about 40 degrees, but since we're not quite used to winter yet it feels worse than 40 degrees will in a couple months.
Today was also a long day for me; I spent all of it at school, most of that in the library, and by the time I got home the sun had just slipped below the horizon. So I don't have anything of note to report craft-wise, but I do have a couple of cell phone snaps from my day to share with you.
First there's a moment in the library this afternoon. Gee isn't my library world colorful? I'm glad someone modified this carrel with that graffiti, even if it is a little sad. I hope whoever usually sits there forgave whoever wrote that. Unless they did something really truly horrible, I suppose.
Second, there's just a stupid haircut picture I took in the bathroom when I got home. I'm still in love with my own hair, the day after the cut.

I'm doing a favor for a friend tomorrow that requires a RIDICULOUSLY early morning, so I'm off to start trying to wind down and fall asleep. See you tomorrow, dear readers.
Speaking of school-property-defacement, there was a really hilarious exchange happening in the women’s restroom in that second floor bathroom that is my sanctuary during grueling tutoring shifts, and then some of “those kids” came along and added their ruining to it, and now the whole thing has been sanded off. Good thing, because it had started to be about Nietzsche and truth and some other ridiculousness. “I’m sorry” is much better!

Your hair! I somehow missed yesterday’s blog post so that picture was quite a shock. A good one though. You look great

The hair shot is super cute! And I love the first picture, too. We got a little fall-ish weather last night, and I’ve enjoyed having the window open for the past few days.
