		<description>Liked the nooks and crannies.  Unfortunately, I did not compensate for the humidity during the first rise (overnight) and it was very gooey.  Still, I marched ahead and they looked just great.  Next time I will not use my microwave as it gets around 80 degrees inside; instead, I&#039;ll run a/c and I&#039;m sure the taste will improve.

Still, the nooks and crannies were there!</description>
